The Icon spin rods have been designed to be used with lures, wedges and artificial baits intended for bass, Pollack and a whole variety of inshore species that are found around the shoreline. The 10-50g and 20-60g ratings means these rods can handle the largest of lures and soft plastic baits with ease but also features a soft through action blank to allow for the use of light lines to ensure hook pulls are kept to a minimum during long fights. The rods are also perfectly suitable as an all-round inshore rod to be used with casting mackerel feathers or float fishing from the beach, pier or rock marks.
