Trakker Products was set up the early 1990's, when it was known as Rainbow Angling Supplies, they are a Sheffield based company which started life due to the closure of the Steel Industry in the 1980's. The company started manufacturing products for other tackle companies and it wasn't until the start of the China Imports boom that they started to outsource products from overseas, this change made Trakker start to bring their own range of products to the carp fishing tackle market.
They originally started selling a range of luggage, but quickly ventured into selling bivvies to fishing tackle shops around the United Kingdom. The range of bivvies that they started selling became very popular and Trakker had to increase the size of their workforce and their warehouse space. One of their original designs was the pram-hood design which was quickly followed by the Super-light range, both of these bivvy styles became extremely popular, not just in the UK but all over Europe.
To this day, Trakker still focus on top quality products and the demands of the modern day carp angler, by building the items in Sheffield they are able to keep close control on every step of production which ensures that they get very few returns.
The current range of Trakker products just doesn't include bivvies and umbrellas, they also make bedchairs, chairs, sleeping bags, a comprehensive range of luggage, rod holdalls, barrows, cooking equipment, landing nets, clothing and carp care products.
Some of their most famous products include the Tempest range of Bivvies, NXG range of luggage and the RLX range of bedchairs and chairs.
