Please email any questions to [email protected] and you will get a reply, usually within an hour, ie Monday to Friday.

The staff who deal with web orders do not work at weekends or bank holidays.

If you send an email at the weekend you will receive a reply on Monday.

Priority Express Delivery

All our Couriers have suspended this service due to Coronavirus, so are unable to offer this service at the moment.

The Priority Express Delivery Service means you go straight to the top of the queue, your order will be treated as a priority and if you order before 12 Noon Midday your goods will be despatched the same day and delivered on the next working day. This service has temporarily been paused during the Coronavirus lockdown as our couriers have withdrawn this facility.

Priority Express Shipping Costs £6.99 whatever the size of your order.

Priority Express Delivery is only available to UK mainland. 

Our couriers do not work Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays, except by special arrangement.

Standard Delivery

We do our best to despatch orders on the same working day that we receive them, orders received after 2pm get despatched the next working day.

Small items are sent by second class Royal Mail

Larger items are sent by Parcelforce.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged, only in England and Wales, but there is a charge of £40.00 per parcel

Sundays there are no deliveries available.

Please be aware, that if you do choose to have your parcel shipped to a different delivery address, we will only ship to addresses within 30mins of the billing address (where the card is registered).

Tracking Your Order

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email to say that we have received your order, you will then get another email when your order has been shipped.

Tracking information is not available for orders sent by Royal Mail second class.

Parcelforce will then send you an email with a tracking number and you will also get a text from Parcelforce telling you when your parcel will be delivered, as long as you have given us your mobile number.

Please check your spam folder if you have not received any of these emails.

For small items over £35 your goods will be sent by Royal Mail Signed for Service and we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Shipping Charges Within the UK Mainland

Orders over £29.99 are POST FREE, lots of small items are also sent POST FREE

Orders under £29.99 have a postal charge which depends on the size and weight of the items

We use Parcelforce and UPS for our courier service, they are the most reliable couriers we have found, it is a 48 hour service with some of the parcels arriving the next day.

Delivery charges to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Isle of Man are £8, these are FREE if the order is over £100. Any parcel over 1.5m or of large volume (i.e Bedchairs) going to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Isle of Man, will incur a Large Parcel surcharge. You will be contacted shortly after you place your order with an estimate.

European Union Orders

We are not currently sending parcels to Europe due to the Coronavirus restrictions.

We use UPS or Parcelforce for our International orders, they are very reliable.

Orders over £200 are FREE in the following Countries, there is an £10 charge if under £200, orders where the parcel is over 1.5m e.g.rods, there will be an additional charge, delivery takes 2-5 working days

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hungary, Southern Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

There is a £25 charge for shipping to the following Countries, for orders that are over 1.5m e.g. rods there will be an additional charge, delivery takes 3-5 working days

Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Norway, Romania.

Freedom of Information Act

Please note that in certain countries we are not allowed to check the accuracy of a customers address, due to the freedom of information act.

So we may ask you to send or email a utility bill [eg gas or electric] as proof of address.
