30 days Returns Policy
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened in original pacakaging with any seals and shrink-wrap etc intact. Please ensure it will reach us in as new condition as we need to be able to resale the item, if damaged upon return we reserve the right not to issue a refund. The cost and responsibility of returning these goods to be borne by the customer.
NOTE :- If you change your mind and refuse delivery of the order we reserve the right to deduct the RTS charge of £6.75 PLUS any shipping costs.
We can only except opened items within the 30 days if they are faulty/incorrect, please use royal mail 2nd class signed for to return and we will refund the postage (Smaller items) If a larger item please contact us via email.
NOTE:- If you have a product within the 30 days which has been used and developes a fault please contact us in writing (Email) before returning any items. We will then contact the manufacturer and raise a potential warranty claim. Any warranty decision will be made by the manufacturer / supplier and not BristolAngling.com.
Specific rules apply regarding refunds of delivery charges.
When returning goods to us please enclose a completed, printed copy of our Goods Return Form.
Note:- Goods purchased in store will need to be brought back to the store for exchange or refund. If for any reason you cannot get back to the store and require a collection then this will be chargeable and will be dependant on location if it can be arranged.
Short Deliveries / Order issues :- Any order/product shortage MUST be reported within 3 days, please note if your parcel has been damaged in transit (please sign for the parcel as DAMAGED with the courier)
What to do if you need to cancel an order placed online :- You must email us and put this in writing asap, we cannot cancel orders via the telephone.
If the order has already shipped then you will have to return it / them to us before we can issue any refund / exchange.
Returns / Refunds :- Refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed depending on how busy the warehouse / goods inwards are at a given time.

You must contact us first about any return / possible warranty issue, please use Email and attach proof of purchase / original order number. DO NOT just send goods back without contacting us first as these will not be looked at, Any potential warranty claim is based on prior approval before a return is accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the event of bristolangling.com sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to bristolangling.com within 30 days of the product being received and all carriage will be paid.(Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge). bristolangling.com reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which bristolangling.com confirms we will issue a replacement.
In the event that your parcel arrives damaged in any way you must sign for it damaged and report it to us at the earliest convenience (via email) with supporting images.
We cannot accept claims for damage if it is not reported as per the above.
If you have a product from us which developes a fault but under guarantee with a manufacturer then please contact us in writing (Email) and we will be happy to contact the manufacturer and raise a warranty claim. Please include proof of purchase / original order number and a description / images of the fault, without this information we cannot approach the manufactures as a potential claim. It will also enable us to act swiftly and get a response / decision as quick as possible for you.
NOTE:- Please be aware that response times from manufacturers can take anything from 2-7 days and this is outside of our control.
DO NOT Send goods back without contacting us first, we are required to seek prior approval regarding possible warranty issues and sending goods back without this could incur costs to you the customer.
Any decision made regarding warranty is solely down to the manufacturer / supplier.
When returning goods to us please enclose a completed copy of our Goods Return Form (if you do not include this it will delay any refund etc)
Any returns / shipping costs once outside the 30 day period to be borne by the customer, no supplier/manufacturer will cover this cost under warranty.
Please make sure that all parcels are well wrapped and secure when being returned as we cannot be held responsible for any items going missing/damaged from poorly wrapped/packaged items.
Note :- Please remove any batteries from products before sending them back as these will not be replaced / included on any possible warranty replacement.
Refunds will be processed once goods have arrived back with us.

The staff who deal with web orders do not work at weekends or bank holidays.
If you send an email at the weekend you will receive a reply on Monday.
