This weeks hot weather has seen fish start to spawn on most of the local lakes and hopefully they will start on the docks, because its so deep the water takes longer to warm up, but hopefully they will get it done soon and then maybe the fishing will start to improve.

Thursdays match saw the water levels down 12" with a tinge of colour, top rod on the night was Andy Curry, he caught 2 bream and some roach, for a weight of 5lb 4oz, caught on the pole with maggots. Second was Dave Clutterbuck, he caught a rare bream, some roach and eels for 5lb 12oz. third was John Macey with 3lb 6oz of skimmers and perch and Pete Ellis was fourth with 2lb 14oz , all caught on the pole.
Fifth was Adam Caswell  with 1lb 14oz and Pete Sivell was sixth with 1lb 12oz.
