These days most Poles are constructed from high quality Carbon Fibre's which make them super lightweight and easy to hold.

This is often determined by the quality of the Carbons used to make the pole, with the top and poles utilising some crazy technology to make them super strong, sturdy and lightweight. When it comes to choosing a rod, there are many different types available, all of which are designed to cover a specific aspect of Coarse angling. The type of Rod you choose can depend on the species, tactics and venues you are going to be targeting so its worth having a think about these things before looking at buying one.
